摘 要

融资是每个企业进行资金筹集的一种行为与过程，是一个企业根据现有的资金状况、经营状况，以及未来经营发展的需要，在科学的预测和决策下，用一定方式从一定的渠道通过债权人和投资者来组织资金的供应，从而保证企业日常生产、经营管理和活动需要的理财行为。资本成本是确定企业最佳股本结构的主要因素之一，是以企业投资者的角度衡量必要的收益率，也是限制企业融资数额的关键因素。企业在融资时是否需要参考资本成本还要看成本约束力大小。我国正逐步完善市场经济体制，在融资方式的顺序安排以及融资决策的资本结构和机会选择等方面与国外不一样，经典理论对我国上市公司的融资行为解释能力还有待考证。我国汽车产业已逐渐成为国民经济的支柱产业之一，同时对国民经济快速增长发挥着重要的作用，对其他产业链的带动作用也很明显。在这种情况下，研究我国汽车企业的现在发展状况，公司的融资偏好与实际计算资本成本的大小能否很好的匹配，再利用相关性研究验证未来各项资本成本的指标，通过规划高效的汽车产业发展战略，更有效地应对越发严峻的国际竞争环境。

Problems and Suggestions of Capital Financing of Automobile Enterprises

ABSTRACT

Capital cost is an important basis for the financing decision. Through different channels and methods to raise capital, will form different capital structure, resulting in financial risks and capital costs of different. Therefore, the cost of capital has become one of the main factors to determine the optimal capital structure. With the increase in the number of financing, the cost of capital will change. When financing quantity increase to increase greater than the cost of capital income, the enterprise will not be able to raise additional capital. Therefore, the cost of capital is an important factor to limit the amount of financing of enterprises. The cost of financing is standing on the perspective of company managers computing company financing costs, financing is in the actual costs, the cost of capital is standing on the investors' perspective necessary yield. The company in the financing is to consider the cost of capital is to look at the cost of capital binding size. The two are not the same thing but also have a close relationship. According to the vision problems financing behavior of listing Corporation in China, this paper will be selected from all industries of our country in a representative industry of all listing Corporation financing practice analysis, this is because the economic development in the world experience shows that, to maintain rapid economic growth cannot do without a number of leading industry than the average growth rate of the drive through the empirical analysis, in-depth excavation of the financing behavior of listing Corporation in China，And the different development mode is completely different to the country's economic development role in stimulating the sustainable development and industrial support. In this case, the development status of China's automobile industry, the actual computation cost of capital size of the financing preference and the company is good match, again using the correlation of validation after indicators of capital cost, so as to find out the development strategy of automobile industry planning and effective to deal more effectively with more the severe competition in the international market environment.

1 绪论

1.1 研究背景

随着汽车企业的快速发展，汽车市场的日益成熟，我国已经超越美国，成为全球最大的汽车市场，然而我国汽车企业的融资现状仍然存在问题，无论是资金还是资产方面都有些捉襟见肘。上市、增发和发行债券是为数不多的几种汽车企业融资方法，但是目前的汽车资本市场还不够完善，不能为汽车企业融资提供健康而且有活力的市场环境。在这种情况下就需要找出并规划有效的汽车企业发展战略，才能够更有效地应对愈发严峻的国内和国际市场竞争^[1]。

1.2 研究目的

汽车企业适用于哪种融资方式，都要根据该企业自身的发展状况。有关汽车企业的融资方式和资本成本的计算有怎样的规律或联系，国外对此已经研究得很透彻。我国正处于发展的转型期，面临的问题是怎样将我国自主的汽车企业做得更大更好更强。我国的融资制度市场环境、企业的治理结构都和发达国家完全不同，企业的资本结构、融资方式的顺序安排和融资决策的时机选择等多方面也与国外不同，是绝不能直接照搬照抄西方的发展模式的，我们还要通过对我国汽车企业的实际数据研究分析得到结论，用统计结果和真实数据去说话^[2]。

本文采用在上交所上市的32家汽车公司的数据，并进行相关分析，总结出联系与规律，推断出我国汽车企业融资取向的原因。

1.3 研究意义

本文通过对32家汽车上市企业的融资取向的探讨和资本结构的研究，归纳出我国汽车企业融资偏好的原因，并且对我国未来汽车企业的发展提出全面性的建议。本文的主要意义在于：
