摘 要

经济全球化势头猛进，无可避免，世界愈来愈成为一个不可分割的整体。就区域经济环境竞争的优势而言，区域创新能力尤为重要，且区域创新越来越成为推动区域经济发展必不可少的因素。那么，创新环境的好坏对区域创新环境的可持续发展的影响程度也不言而喻。这就要求我们，必须重视区域创新，加大对区域创新的投入，构建强劲的区域创新能力。只有构建合理的创新体系，方能快速、有效、合理、可持续的发展。

只有具备强劲的区域创新能力，企业才能获得更好、更快、更健康、更长足的发展；只有具备强大的区域竞争优势，企业方能合理转型、升级。十八大、十九大以来，我国提出了“创新驱动发展战略”，这无异于对我国各个地区的区域创新有着政策上的扶持优势，同时，也给予我国很多地区的创新发展提振了精神。因此，在幅员辽阔的中国，区域创新环境各异，不同区域的高新技术企业的财务风险和区域创新之间有何联系？是我们研究的重点，我也将带着这样一个疑问展开探讨。

本文从定性和定量两个方面探究国外到国内各地的区域创新对当地高新技术企业的财务风险的影响，最终把着眼点归于国内的不同地区。我们针对31个省、直辖市、自治区进行划分为四大区域，并加以分析。通过一系列的数据分析，很显然，东部地区各个方面的指标皆优于西部地区，呈现出“强者愈强”的态势。因此，本文也提出了一系列基于创新环境和高新技术企业财务风险方面的建议与意见，同时也在相当程度上提出了一部分政策、措施。让问题更透明的呈现、使解决方法也更好的用到实处。我们的研究需要与时俱进，我们的研究还需要一代又一代人的努力，我们的研究依旧在路上。

Abstract

The momentum of economic globalization is advancing rapidly and inevitable. The world is becoming increasingly indivisible. As far as regional economic environment competition is concerned, regional innovation ability is particularly important, and regional innovation is becoming more and more essential to promote the development of regional economy. The impact of the innovation environment on the sustainable development of the regional innovation environment is also self-evident. This requires us to attach importance to regional innovation, increase investment in regional innovation, and build strong regional innovation capability. Only by constructing a reasonable innovation system can we develop rapidly, effectively, reasonably and continuously.

Only with strong regional innovation ability, enterprises can get better, faster, healthier and more rapid development. Only with strong regional competitive advantages, enterprises can transform and upgrade rationally. Since the eighteen and nineteen major, our country has put forward the "innovation driven development strategy", which is no different from the policy of supporting the regional innovation in various regions of our country. At the same time, it also gives the spirit of innovation and development in many areas of our country. Therefore, what is the relationship between financial risks and regional innovation in high-tech enterprises in different regions? This is the focus of our research. I will also take this question into consideration.

This paper, from two aspects of qualitative and quantitative, explores the impact of regional innovation abroad on the financial risk of local high-tech enterprises, and ultimately points to the different areas in China. We divide the 31 provinces, municipalities directly under the central government and autonomous regions into four regions and analyze them. Through a series of data analysis, it is clear that all indicators in the eastern region are better than those in the western region, showing the trend of "the stronger the stronger". Therefore, this paper also puts forward a series of suggestions and suggestions based on the innovation environment and the financial risk of high-tech enterprises. At the same time, it also puts forward some policies and measures in a considerable degree. Let the problem appear more transparently and make the solution better. Our research needs to keep pace with the times. Our research still needs generations of efforts, and our research is still on the road.
