摘 要

财务报表是对企业财务状况、经营成果和现金流量的结构性表述，通过财务报表分析能够反映出企业在生产经营过程中的优势及问题，从而满足企业投资者、债权者、经营管理者及其他利益相关者决策与控制的需要，也为政府部门及社会公众的监督提供了方向。在我国建立社会主义市场经济体制和现代企业制度的今天，财务分析的意义更加深远，作用更加重大。

本文以金风科技股份有限公司（以下简称为金风科技）为研究对象，以其2013-2017年这五年的年报及其公开资料为研究基础，运用比较分析法、趋势分析法、比率分析法、因素分析法和杜邦分析综合分析法，分析了金风科技的财务状况，并与同行业的公司进行对比，指出金风科技财务状况表现良好，盈利能力处于行业领先水平；净利润增长率远高出同行业其他企业，公司投资后获得收益能力较强，产品的市场占有率较高；应收账款周转率不高，直接影响经营效率，存在一定的经营风险。文章认为在扩大经营规模与资本扩张的同时，应加强存货的日常管理，安排好生产与销售，防止存货积压；科学地投资和购置资产，防止闲置资产占用资金；加强应收账款的监控和管理，及时关注客户的信用状况，谨防应收账款过大。

Financial analysis of GoldWind Technology

ABSTRACT

The financial statement is the structural expression of the financial situation, the management results and the cash flow of the enterprise. Through the analysis of financial statements, it can reflect the advantages and problems of the enterprise in the process of production and operation, thus satisfying the needs of the enterprise investors, creditors, managers and other relevant people, and providing information for the government administrations and the public. At present, the financial analysis is of great significance in establishing socialist market economic system and modern enterprise system.

This paper takes GoldWind Technology as the research object, based on its 2013-2017 five years of financial report, and uses comparative analysis, trend analysis, ratio analysis, factor analysis and DuPont analysis methods to analyze the Gold Wind technology. It is pointed out that the scientific and technological status of GoldWind is good and the profitability is in the leading level of the industry, the growth rate of net profit is far higher than that of other enterprises in the same industry. After the company investment, the earning power is stronger and its products have a high percentage of the market share. But receivables turnover ratio is not high, and it is directly affecting management efficiency, with risk in business. The paper suggests that, while expanding the scale of operation and capital expansion, we should strengthen the daily management of inventory, arrange production and sales, prevent stock backlog, invest and purchase assets scientifically, prevent idle assets from occupying funds, strengthen the monitoring and management of receivables, keep an eye on the credit status of customers in time, and be aware that receivables aren’t large.
