摘 要

随着科学计算机的逐步发展，越来越多的中小企业都引进了会计电算化。传统的手工会计工作方式得到了很大的改善，很多中小企业也越来越注重会计电算化，因为随着时代的发展，很多数据计算需要非常精准，而会计电算化正好能满足这点要求，使得各个企业的财务更加精确。但是会计电算化也有一定的弊端，很多中小企业的计算机网络安全问题并不是很完善，很容易网络内部被黑客入侵，所以必定要注意加强公司内部的安全系统。而且现在会计软件比较单一，不能与其他信息系统进行融合，我们要逐步把它们之间联系起来，才能更好的使会计电算化得到更好的发展。最主要的是能够及时解决遇到的问题，好好的利用会计电算化的优点，一些中小企业的市场掌握能力不够强大，必须要根据自己公司的实际情况来发展利用会计电算化。其次各个中小企业应该多放点精力在会计电算化上，可以多培养一些精通会计电算化的人才，更有利于企业的进步。会计电算化对企业的发展至关重要，必须要重视起来。

所以我们要及时发现中小企业会计电算化存在的问题，并且针对这些问题提出合理的建议。

But accounting electrical calculate also has some disadvantages,many small and medium-sized enterprise computer network security problem is not very perfect, it is easy to internal network had been hacked, so be sure to pay attention to strengthening the internal security system. But now the accounting software is relatively simple, not integration with other information systems, we must gradually link between them, in order to make accounting computerization development better. The most important is to timely solve the problems encountered, the good use of accounting advantages, some small and medium-sized enterprises in the market to grasp the power is not strong enough, must according to the actual situation of their own company to develop the accounting computerization. Secondly, various small and medium-sized enterprises should put more effort in the accounting computerization, can train more proficient in accounting computerization talent, more conducive to the progress of enterprises. Accounting computerization is crucial to the development of the enterprise,must pay attention to it.

1中小企业会计电算化的内涵界定

在当今的21世纪经济发达的模式下，中小企业会计电算化的发展也越来越频繁。会计电算化已成为许多中小企业会计工作的主要工具，可以很好的减少工作时间，提高工作效率，让大多中小企业传统的手工操作可以得到改善。随着中小企业的不断发展，会计电算化应该与公司的其他经济类业务融合起来，一起利用发展，这样才能使公司取得进步。不过中小企业会计电算化在发展过程中还是会有一些问题出现，它不能与其他的电子信息系统进行匹配融合，我们必须逐步把他们之间联系起来，才能更好的促进中小企业的发展。我们必须建立更好的财务管理制度、培训好专业的会计电算化操作人员等等，这才能解决现实中碰到的实际问题，消除影响电算化发展的不利因素。

1.1 会计电算化的含义

会计电算化是把计算机的软件功能运用到公司的会计财务中去，让自己公司财务的报账结账等等利用电子计算机来完成，慢慢实现利用电子计算机去代替手工操作，去完成应该完成的财务工作。会计电算化是使得中小企业的会计财务方面进入信息化的重要桥梁，现在大部分的中小企业都引入了会计电算化^[1]。

会计电算化主要是控制电子计算机取代手工进行记账、算账、查账、报账，以及完成会计信息的处理、判断和分析的过程。会计电算化将电子计算机技术更为普遍和深切的运用于会计方面，使得会计范畴和会计管理制度有了更进一步的发展，得到了改变和完善^[2]。同时，与会计密切相关的一些财政管理、税务、管理会计也都发生了一些改革，开始慢慢成长了起来。
