摘 要

由于中国市场经济的发展和企业融资渠道的扩大，大多数企业选择上市扩大业务规模提升市场竞争力。随着上市公司数量的不断增加，中国政府对上市公司的要求也越来越严格。上市前，公司不仅要满足中国证监会对上市公司的所有要求，还要在上市后定期对企业进行会计信息处理披露，提高业务运营的透明度，让投资者更深入地了解投资公司的业务运作。目前，中国上市公司技术信息披露的信息主要包括财务报表和报表的一些说明。内容主要是指业务流程中的相关财务数据。通过这些数据，它可以有效地反映公司最近的业务情况。确定其发展前景的业务情况，然后决定是否投资该公司。但是，由于全球资源的不断减少，人们对企业技术信息有更高的要求。公司必须对可持续稳定发展负有强烈的社会责任，其生产经营过程不能增加成本以及对环境造成压力，生产的产品必须有益于人们的日常生活。因此，越来越多的人都开始关心企业社会核算信息的披露情况。医药行业作为中国必不可缺少的行业，对于社会有很大的促进能力。因此人们对社会责任信息的需求更加强烈。

本文将以医药行业为基础，在研究中国医药企业社会责任会计信息披露现状时，深入分析中国医疗社会责任会计信息技术存在的问题， 并提出一些有效的解决方案。

Research on Social Responsibility Accounting Information Disclosure of Listed Companies in the Pharmaceutical Industry

ABSTRACT

Due to the development of China's market economy and the expansion of corporate financing channels, most companies choose to go public to expand their business scale and enhance their market competitiveness. As the number of listed companies continues to increase, the Chinese government's requirements for listed companies are becoming stricter. Before listing, the company must not only meet all the requirements of the China Securities Regulatory Commission for listed companies, but also regularly disclose accounting information to the company after listing, improve the transparency of business operations, and provide investors with a deeper understanding of the business operations of investment companies. At present, the information on technical information disclosure of listed companies in China mainly includes some explanations of financial statements and statements. Content mainly refers to relevant financial data in business processes. With this data, it can effectively reflect the company's recent business. Determine the business situation of its development prospects and then decide whether to invest in the company. However, due to the continuous reduction of global resources, people have higher requirements for enterprise technical information. The company must have a strong social responsibility for sustainable and stable development. Its production and operation process cannot increase costs and stress on the environment. The products produced must be beneficial to people's daily lives. Therefore, more and more people are beginning to care about the disclosure of corporate social accounting information. As an indispensable industry in China, the pharmaceutical industry has a great ability to promote society. Therefore, people's demand for social responsibility information is more intense.

Based on the pharmaceutical industry, this paper will deeply analyze the problems existing in China's medical social responsibility accounting information technology when researching the status of social responsibility accounting information disclosure of Chinese pharmaceutical companies, and propose some effective solutions.

1 前言

1.1研究背景

电影《我不是药神》给予了我很多的灵感，同时医药公司到底有没有盈利以及医药公司产品定价合不合理都可以通过会计信息披露中可以发现。因此本文以医药行业为例，在研究我国制药企业社会责任会计信息披露现状时，分析制药企业社会责任会计信息披露的问题。对比国外的先进企业会计信息披露研究并提出了一些有效的解决方案，并希望向他们学习。写这个论题更多的是结合当今大家都比较关注的医药行业。是想通过会计信息披露研究中来探讨医药公司上市企业的基本盈利情况以及我国医药公司社会责任会计信息披露普遍存在的问题。
