摘 要

由于科技的进步，当今社会的生产力和市场经济得到了蓬勃发展，不难发现高新技术企业对经济发展起到的的带动作用越来越显著。有人说过“科技是第一生产力”，因此高新技术的发展无论对于国家还是企业都具有重要意义。其中最为显著的便是对经济发展所起到的巨大的推动作用。因此作为世界上最大的发展中国家，高新技术企业对于我国的经济发展有着举足轻重的意义。然而与其他企业相比高新技术企业的融资阶段存在着许多截然不同的问题，这对高新技术企业的发展必然会产生一定的消极影响。鉴于此，本文旨在分析高新技术企业融资所存在的问题来帮助高新技术企业健康成长。

文章由以下部分组成：首先，解释何为高新技术企业，高新技术企业有何特征以及企业关于融资的一些概念。其次，主要分析了当前高新技术企业所面临的融资状况，提出目前高新技术企业融资所存在的较为常见的问题。接下来则是结合高新技术内部和外部环境来阐述高新技术企业融资难的一些原因主要包括企业自身，市场环境以及政府支持力度等方面。最后选取适当的案例来分析该高新技术企业所面临的融资问题并针对各种原因从各种方面提出相应的对策。

Research on Financing of High-tech Enterprises

Abstract

In the 21st century, due to the advancement of science and technology, the vigorous development of productivity and market economy, the driving role of high-tech enterprises in economic development has become more and more significant. The development of high and new technology is of great significance to any country, and the most remarkable is the tremendous impetus for economic development. Therefore, as the largest developing country in the world, high-tech enterprises have a significant significance for China's economic development. However, compared with other enterprises, there are many different problems in the financing stage of high-tech enterprises, which will inevitably have a certain impact on the development of high-tech enterprises. This paper aims to analyze the problems existing in high-tech enterprise financing to help high-tech enterprises grow healthily.

The article consists of the following parts: First, explain what is a high-tech enterprise, what characteristics of high-tech enterprises and some concepts of financing. Secondly, it mainly analyzes the financing situation faced by current high-tech enterprises, and proposes a series of problems existing in the financing of high-tech enterprises. The next step is to explain the difficulty of financing high-tech enterprises from the high-tech internal and external environment, including the enterprise itself, the market environment and government support. Finally, the appropriate case is selected to analyze the financing problems faced by the high-tech enterprises and propose corresponding countermeasures for various reasons.

众所周知，21世纪各国都以知识经济为基础，所以现阶段各国的竞争实质就是以高新技术为核心的竞争。 例如美国之所以能成为世界上唯一的超级大国这与它的高新技术的发达程度有着紧密的联系。高新技术的发达水平在一定程度上左右了国家的经济发展道路和在世界的各国的角逐中所处的地位因此各个国家都对高新技术企业的成长十分关心。现阶段各国高新技术企业的投资建设也都相继展开，希冀加快高新技术企业的成长步伐。现如今国家的高新技术园区不仅成为研究和开发战略性高新技术的主要地区，还是转变经济增长方式和协调经济结构的重要关键。可是，在高新技术正值蓬勃发展的今天，任有大部分的高新技术企业苦于融资困难而放慢了发展脚步。这当中主要的原因便是由于企业处于初创期所以经营时间较短 ，吸纳技术人员较少，没有形成核心技术以及资金供应困难等。所以，这就导致将高新技术输出为产品成果的效率低下。如果能够有效的解决高新技术产业的成果转化问题，那么我们在国力竞争中便立于不败之地。1.2 研究目的及意义

由研究背景可知高新技术企业对国民经济的发展十分重要，在诸多制约了高新技术企业的成果转化的因素中，融资问题又是其中不可忽视的一项。因此该研究的目标便是找出高新技术企业所存在的问题然后设法从各角度剖析并解决高新技术企业的融资问题。 这对于企业和政府而言也具有很重要的意义。 首先从企业角度分析： （1）有利于企业分析当前形势，有效的减少不必要的风险，加强深化产权改革，强化内部管理，全面提高企业能力。(2)对该问题的研究，能够有效的帮助调整企业的营运方式和产品的结构。放大企业的经营特点和突出产品优点，透彻的了解产品竞争市场。 其次，从政府角度分析：（1）有助于政府从各方面认知经济形势，制定合乎形式的政策法规。（3）加强政府对经济的宏观调控。(4)可以帮助政府建立适合高新技术企业的相关融资体系。
