摘 要

新世纪中国电影取得了巨大发展，而其背后的经济产业链日渐规模化，包括电影与旅游业的互相渗透、电影插片广告与企业经济利益、电影后产品开发等，均在中国得到了快速发展。影视经济已经成为新兴的高成长性的行业，对电影产业本身的生存和发展具有重要的意义，同时也影响到与电影相关产业的互动性。

在经济生活越来越发展的今天，除了经济的普遍上升，文化生活也跟上脚步，电影作为文化生活的领跑也更是与经济有着密不可分的关系。电影作为供人们观赏的文化娱乐“商品”，从制片、发行、院线、影院这四个主要部分围绕着各种各样的财务管理展开，在不断发展的过程中也同时产生各种各样的财务管理问题和漏洞。本文尝试以财务问题管理出发，探讨在电影产业中的问题和漏洞并且从可能的方面入手提出建议。希望能更好的看清电影产业的发展和提供帮助。

本文通过研究各类关于电影经济类的文献并结合今年国家发布的相关文献来讨论关于电影财务的管理问题和对电影财务问题的措施初探。

ABSARACT

1电影产业的发展现状

在全球化背景下的今天，电影产业作为一种新型的文化经济形式迅速的称谓经济市场上不可被忽视的力量。

电影作为文化产业的领军力量，在文化经济中有着重要的作用。文化产业也有它不同的一面，文化产业的投入量少，产品赋值高，对环境没有明显的破坏，并且它有利于我国转变经济发展方式^[1]；其次，文化产业具有反周期特点，文化产业的发展对很多方面都有利处，我国在国际经济形势不那么稳定的大环境中可以稳定宏观经济；我国在近年来也对文化消费产生了新的观念，就从我国的文教消费来看，从2000到现在的15年间，变化巨大。

在我国现在来说，电影产业的保护并不完善，电影产业的前进道路还是有着重重阻力，也在很大程度上影响了电影产业的健康发展。中国政府制定了其相关法律来保护知识产权和版权，但实际上电影产业到现在仍然受盗版之苦^[2]。

而不仅是中国电影经济的背景有很多苦苦难障碍因素，好莱坞电影已经几乎成为电影市场的标杆已经是所有人承认的事实了，所以好莱坞的电影几乎能代表电影经济的国际市场，好莱坞电影的影响力可想而知，票房大卖也是理所当然，红莱芜的工业体系已经领先了我们不知多少，面对这样的竞争力，是国产电影体系所不能赶上的。
