摘 要

企业财务分析指标具体就是企业在发展中的获利情况，伴随企业对经济效益获得的愿望发展下，企业财务分析能考察企业内部的财务状况，总结出现的问题，便于制定解决策略，保障企业能实现有效发展。无论是企业管理者、投资者还是其他之间利害关系主体，都垦种企业财务状况，希望推动企业财务状况向好的方向发展。财务分析指标与体系的出现，就是考察企业具体运营状况，伴随现代企业制度建立受到越来越多而定重视。自改革开放程度不断加深后，我国经济取得突飞猛进的进步，加快企业数量，但在发展中可以看到中小企业因规模、资金、运营能力等原因面临的境地更加尴尬。中小企业相对于大企业而言，资金、规模是无法与之抗衡的，如何增强企业管理的效益，寻求技术上的卓越领先和差异化服务是重中之重。在现代企业管理理论中，财务分析指标体系在企业的管理中起着重要的作用，是企业经营管理的核心。本文以振华科技股份有限公司的财务数据为例，对该企业现行的财务分析指标体系进行了分析和评价，并提出了完善企业财务分析指标体系的相关建议。
