摘 要

近年来，我国经济的发展与证券的联系越来越紧密。的发展对于我们经济的发展来说有着很大的推动作用。证券在我国的发展也经历了20多个年头，而在开始的时候一直是处于地方的发展范围中，近几年来才逐渐转向全国市场，这样的转变不仅促进了证券行业的发展，更为经济的进步注入了新的力量。可是由于我国的经济发展还处在艰难的上升期，而且市场规模也在不断的扩大，这之间产生了很多矛盾，成为了经济发展的阻碍因素，而之所以产生了这些问题与我国的证券市场结构不完善、缺乏严格的管理有着很大的关系。这次的文章主要是针对证券市场的结构进行研究，将它作为基础，从而转到南京证券的结构中，进行进一步的探讨，这样层层深入，步步分析的分析方法贯穿全文，使本文思路会更加清晰明了。之后，根据这些研究和探讨来阐述南京证券市场存在的问题以及现在的发展状况，从而提出建设性的意见，逐步完善南京证券市场的运行秩序。在文章中，我们也引入新的想法，主要针对南京的特殊历史地位，它是我国的古都，有着深厚的历史内涵，而且经济起步也比较早，因此是值得我们研究和探讨的，要深挖它的历史渊源。不仅如此，南京的第三产业也在快速发展中，其中金融业是南京经济发展的重要支柱产业，由此可以看出南京的证券业市场结构的发展关系着南京的金融业整体水平。这也就更加显现出研究南京证券的必要性和重要的意义。

一、研究的背景及意义

现代社会已经逐步进入到知识的时代，经济的发展更需要知识和科技的支撑，这也就是我们所说的知识经济，这种经济状态不仅仅突出了知识的重要性，也逐渐让经济发展走上全球化的轨道。随着我国加入世界贸易组织（WTO），中国在国际市场上正以日趋快速的速度在国际金融市场上占领一席之地。进入到二十一世纪，经济全球化的步伐在不断的加快，表现也非常的明显，那么对于现在的商品经济来说，证券市场的发展时间还很短，各种制度还不够完善。
