摘 要

公司想要发展就需要资金，而往往只通过投资者的直接投资获取的资金是远远不够的，想要获取足够的资金满足公司发展的需求就需要融资。但是对于大部分公司来说，融资是十分困难且无可回避。因此，对于公司来说，想要发展好，首先就需要解决融资问题。本文主要以江苏亨通光电有限公司为研究对象，通过对公司现有融资等其他状况分析和现有融资融资理论的基础上，发现问题并提出解决方案。

全文共分为六个部分，首先在绪论中，通过对目前国内外融资现状作出简要介绍，并为后续的分析奠定了基础；其次，阐明何为融资能力及介绍融资方式；第三，具体说明亨通光电的目前发展的现状；第四，通过特定方法对亨通光电的融资能力进行深度的分析并提出问题；第五，结合融资问题提出相应的解决措施；最后，对本文进行总结。

整体的研究思路是“发现问题—分析问题—解决问题”。

ABSTRACT

Companies want to develop in the need of funds, and it is not enough to obtain funds only through the direct investment of investors. So if you want to get enough money to meet the needs of the need of the company, you could choose to finance. But for most companies, financing is very difficult and unavoidable. Therefore, if you want to develop better, you should solve the financing problem at the first time. In the paper, we choose the Jiangsu Hengtong Optic-electric Company as the main research object, finding the problems and solving the problems are based on the analysis of the other conditions as the existing financing of the company and the existing financing theory.

The paper is divided into six parts. Firstly, making a brief introduction through the current domestic and foreign financing, and laying the foundation for the follow-up analysis. Secondly, introducing the financing capacity and clarifying financing are necessary. Thirdly, it is necessary to make an introduction of Hengtong Optic-electric Company. What’s more, you could make a depth analysis through the specific method of financial capacity and put forward the problem. Furthermore, you could put forward corresponding solutions combined with the financing. Finally, you could make the summary of the paper.

The overall research idea is “ to find the problem - analysis of the problem - to solve the problem”.

1.1 研究背景和意义

1.1.1 研究背景

融资能力是衡量一个公司的融通资金的指标。公司想要盈利的关键就在于，该公司能否高效率、多渠道、低成本从国内外获得融资。因而研究公司的融资能力对公司发展至关重要！其中项目融资的资金来源比较广泛、期限更长、政府介入更少，但是，项目融资的扩大还面临许多问题，比如项目融资所要求的资信能力、知识、技术以及融资与自有资金的比例等等。因此，如何提高公司的信誉、技术以及如何有效的组合融资与自有资金，是一个公司盈利至关重要的部分。

1.1.2 研究意义

在2003年8月这一天，江苏亨通光电股份有限公司在上海证券交易所主板上市（SH.600487）。作为光纤光网、电力电网领域规模较大的、较先进的系统集成商与网络服务商，公司构建了通信和电力两大完整产业集群。自从公司上市以来，运用项目融资等方式，为公司发展融得了必要的资金，并且确保了公司资本结构的基本合理，基本上没有使公司因资金问题而影响业务需求，为同行公司、同类型公司在融资方式融资渠道等方面起到了标杆性的作用。

那么亨通光电公司的融资能力究竟是怎样的，其融资能力主要是由报表因素影响还是仍然存在表外影响因素？其资本结构是否需要再优化，以提升其融资能力？提升其融资能力的渠道如何寻找和挖掘？对于这些问题的研究将对该公司今后进一步优化资本结构，提升融资能力有一定的现实意义。
