摘 要

在市场经济日趋完善的今天, 企业无时无刻不面临着来自市场的各种威胁。财务管理系统作为企业风险预警器，其重要性越来越被大众所认识。企业财务危机管理的目的在于了解危机的来源以及其特征，并且正确衡量财务危机以及对其进行适当的控制和防范。

本文以华锐风电为例，探讨其是如何从风电行业的“巨星”宝座跌下，到如今面临严重的财务危机，很难翻身的窘况。对华锐风电财务危机的研究，本文主要从华锐风电财务报表的数据，以及华锐风电外部的经济环境和自身内部的控制管理这几个方面来进行探讨。并希望通过这个案例，我们可以知晓到底财务危机的成因是什么，我们应该采取什么样的对策来防范财务危机，或者当财务危机发生时，我们应该采取什么样的对策来避免进一步的财务状况恶化。

本文的结构大概可以分为以下几个部分：首先介绍了财务危机的研究背景、研究的目的及意义以及研究的现状。然后以介绍财务危机的概念为引，引出本文的重点，即华锐风电的财务危机。通过对华锐风电相关情况分析，总结出了一些造成华锐风电财务危机的导火索，并对此提出了一些有针对性的对策。最后结论则是总结得出的一些研究结果，希望借着对华锐风电财务危机的研究，可以为经营者提供一些参考意见，使他们可以正确的认识财务危机并且重视财务危机。

Study on the Causes and Countermeasures of Financial Crisis of “Sinovel”

ABSTRACT

As the development of market economy, enterprises are facing various threats every hour and moment from the market. Financial management system is increasingly recognized by the public as a risk warning device. The purpose of the enterprise financial crisis management is to understand the source of the crisis and its characteristics, and to measure the financial crisis and the appropriate control and prevention.

In this paper, I select “Sinovel” as an example,try to discuss how the "superstar" in the wind power industry, fell to the throne in just eighteen months,and now it is facing a serious financial crisis,and it is difficult to for it to turn over the predicament.The study on the financial crisis of “Sinovel” is mainly based on the study of Sinovel financial data and control management of Sinovel external economic environment and its own internal aspects to discuss. And through this case, we can know exactly what are the causes of the financial crisis,what measures should we take to prevent the financial crisis, or when the financial crisis occurs, what measures should we take to avoid further deterioration of the financial situation.

The structure of this paper can be divided into the following parts: firstly, it introduces the research background, the purpose and significance of the research and the present situation of the research. Then to introduce the concept of financial crisis for the lead, educe the focus of this article, namely, Sinovel's financial crisis. The Sinovel situation analysis, summed up some of the financial crisis caused by Sinovel fuse, and puts forward some specific countermeasures. The final conclusion is summed up some research results, hoping to study against Sinovel financial crisis, can provide some reference for the operators, so that they can correct understanding of the financial crisis and the importance of financial crisis.
