摘 要

通过财务报表分析可以评价企业的财务状况、经营成果和现金流量情况，揭示企业未来的风险和机遇，并为管理者对企业未来的决策提供建议。染料企业在近几年环保趋严态势下产能出清，行业分化情况突出。Y公司作为中型染料企业，对其进行财务分析，并就其发展提出建议，具有较强的现实意义。

本文以Y公司为研究对象，以其2012-2016年的年报及公开资料为研究基础，综合运用因素分析法、趋势分析法和杜邦分析法等多种方法，同时参考国内外研究成果，通过对其在2012-2016年间所呈现的财务状况、经营成果、营运能力、盈利能力、偿债能力、发展能力等方面进行综合的财务分析，指出Y公司虽然财务状况良好，盈利能力处于行业领先水平，但是由于企业销售能力不稳定、染料生产工艺水平不足、财务弹性较低，导致企业存在营运能力下降、利润水平下降、短期偿债风险较高等问题。因此Y公司需要通过科学规划环保投入、调整生产结构、合理使用财务杠杆等措施提升企业的发展能力。

Financial analysis of Company Y

ABSTRACT

Through the analysis of financial statements, it can correctly evaluate the company's financial status, operating results and cash flow, reveals risks and opportunities which in company's future , and provides advice for managers' future plans.Dye enterprises have to clear their production capacity in recent years in the situation where environmental protection tends to be strict. And industry differentiation is prominent.Y company, as a medium-sized dye enterprise, conducts financial analysis on it and makes suggestions on its development, which has strong practical significance.

This paper takes Company Y as the research object, based on its annual financial reports and public information from 2012 to 2016. We used a variety of methods in a comprehensive manner to analysis these financial statements ,such as DuPont analysis，index analysis，factor analysis，trend analysis and other financial analysis methods，at the same time referring to research results both at home and abroad. Making comprehensive financial analysis of its financial status，operating results，operational capability，profitability，debt repayment ability，development capability and other aspects during 2012-2016.Trough these analyses,we found that although Company Y had a good financial status and its profitability is in the leading position in its industry.However, unstable sales capabilities, insufficient production technology, low financial flexibility result in its declined profitability and operating capacity ,higher level of short debt repayment . Therefore, Y company needs to improve its development ability by increasing environmental protection investment, reducing production costs, and using financial leverage rationally.
