摘 要

本文以三全食品股份有限公司（以下简称三全食品）为研究对象，以其2013年至2017年这五年的年报及向全社会公开发布的资料为研究基础，运用比较分析法、趋势分析法、比率分析法等分析方法，同时参考了国内外的研究成果，通过对三全食品的财务情况、经营成果和现金流量以及其盈利能力、偿债能力、营运能力和发展能力等方面进行综合的财务分析，指出了企业资产结构相对有一定的稳定趋势，资产和所有者权益获利能力在同行业中不是很好。与此同时，企业的偿债能力低于同行业的平均水平，整体为较弱的状态。由于营业成本的居高不下，生产经营获利能力较低。该文章认为，在加强新产品开发生产的同时，应该通过缩小债务筹资的比例来优化企业的资本结构，从而保障其偿债能力。通过控制广告宣传环节的成本来降低营业成本。当然产品研发的环节也是需要给予重视的。

ABSTRACT

In Sanquan Food Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the three whole foods) as the research object, with its five years from 2013 to 2017, the annual report and release to the whole society public data as the research foundation, using comparative analysis, trend analysis, ratio analysis, such as analysis method, reference to the research results both at home and abroad at the same time, through to the three whole foods financial condition, operating results and cash flow, and its profit ability, debt paying ability, operating ability and development ability of comprehensive financial analysis, pointed out the enterprise assets structure relatively stable trend to a certain extent, The profitability of assets and owners' equity is not very good in the industry. At the same time, the solvency of enterprises is lower than the average level of the same industry, and the overall situation is weak. Because of the high operating costs, the profitability of production and operation is low. The article thinks that while strengthening the development and production of new products, the capital structure of enterprises should be optimized by reducing the proportion of debt financing, so as to guarantee their solvency. Reduce operating costs by controlling the cost of advertising campaigns. Of course, the link of product research and development also needs to be paid attention to.

• 1. 研究背景

三全食品是一家以生产速冻食品为主的股份制企业。作为一家家族控股企业，它不仅为我们提供了很多工作岗位，同时也为我国人民生活质量的提升做出了巨大贡献，在中国国民经济中是一股重要力量。近年来三全食品遇到了成本上升、产品滞销、公司管理不合理等问题，该企业的生存和发展面临着很大的挑战，所以我们来研究其近五年的财务报表，对三全食品的财务状况进行分析。

1.2 研究目的及意义

现如今是一个信息化时代，有价值的信息的传递是很重要的。随着各种企业公司的成立和发展，为了让企业的管理者、股东、债券人等能够对企业的财务经济情况充分了解，我们需要用财务报表向股东等传递最有效的财务方面的信息。

财务报表能够全面反映企业的财务状况、经营成果和现金流量情况，但是单纯从财务报表上的数据还不能直接或全面说明企业的财务状况，特别是不能说明企业经营状况的好坏和经营成果的高低，只有将企业的财务指标与有关的数据进行比较才能说明企业财务状况所处的地位，因此要进行财务报表分析。做好财务报表分析工作，可以正确评价企业的财务状况、经营成果和现金流量情况，揭示企业未来的机会和风险。

三全食品股份有限公司创建于1993年，2008年上市，是一家以生产速冻食品为主的股份制企业。三全食品股有限公司证券简称三全食品，是中国生产速冻食品最早、规模最大、市场网络最广的企业之一，它是一家以生产速冻食品为主的私营企业。作为我国的家族企业作为民营经济的支柱产业，不仅提供了大量工作岗位，同时也为我国人民生活质量的提升做出了巨大贡献，是国民经济不可或缺的重要力量。近年来三全食品遇到了产品过于单一化、成本上升、产品滞销等问题，企业生存和发展面临挑战，本研究具有一定的现实意义。
