摘 要

存货作为企业的一项资产对企业的发展起着越来越重要的作用，相应的存货管理的重要性也随之凸显出来，企业要想在这样的环境下生存那么就必须对其引起重视。本文旨在通过具体的案例分析阐述存货管理在现代企业中的重要意义，全文有五部分构成具体包括前言、存货及存货管理的相关概念、美邦现状、美邦现存的问题、采取的措施等，首先前言部分简单地对研究背景、意义、内容进行阐述；其次介绍了存货及存货管理的定义来让大家对其有初步的认识和了解，让人们明白重视存货管理的必要性；再者以美特斯邦威在其实际经营过程中对存货管理的态度来描述企业如果忽视存货管理将给企业的发展进步带来怎样的负面影响，最后还具体举出了美特斯邦威在其存货管理过程中产生的问题及采取的措施，以此来告诫人们企业应在其发展过程中正视并正确处理存货管理这一问题，要做到处置得当否则其将阻碍甚至限制企业的发展。

ABSTRACT

As an asset of an enterprise, inventory plays an increasingly important role in the development of the enterprise, and the importance of the corresponding inventory management is also highlighted. If an enterprise wants to survive in such an environment, it must pay attention to it. The purpose of this paper is to illustrate the significance of inventory management in modern enterprises through concrete case analysis. The paper consists of five parts, including the preface, the related concepts of inventory and inventory management, the current situation of American State, and the existing problems of American State. The first part of the preface is a brief introduction to the background, significance and content of the research. Secondly, the definition of inventory and inventory management is introduced so that everyone can have a preliminary understanding and understanding of it. To make people understand the necessity of attaching importance to inventory management, and to describe the negative effects of ignoring inventory management on the development and progress of enterprises by using Meters Bonwayundefineds attitude towards inventory management in the course of its actual operation. In the end, the problems and measures taken by Meters Bonway in the process of inventory management are listed in order to warn people that enterprises should face up to and correctly deal with the problem of inventory management in the course of their development. To deal with properly otherwise it will hinder or even limit the development of enterprises.

1 前言

1.1 研究背景

近年来，随着市场经济的快速发展人民的生活及消费水平也随之上升，在这样一个有利的市场环境下一般企业经营者应该都会重点去关注当下流行趋势及保证货物质量然后进行大批量的生产再投放到市场来吸引消费者进行消费，那么能使其自身赚取更多的利润，并且能提升其在市场中的影响力和声誉，虽然对这一思路不能完全否认，但是其在管理和执行一些决策时漏掉了其中一个重要的因素—存货管理。我国存货资金在资金总量中占比50％左右，而一个企业要想生存发展就必须有资金链运转，所以存货管理在企业管理中至关重要。如果企业要发展要进步那么首先必须解决其存货问题，处理好其存货问题企业才能更好的发展，但是目前一些企业的经营者却忽视存货管理这一问题，结果导致企业在发展过程中遭受一定的冲击，甚至使有些以前较大牌的企业逐渐被一些后起之秀取代并且无法再创造过去的辉煌。其中以美特斯邦威为例其原本是著名的休闲服装上市企业，无论是品牌影响力还是声誉在当时都是较好的，但是由于其对存货管理问题的忽视导致其发展逐渐衰落，目前美特斯邦威不管是从消费对象还是销售额等各方面都大不如前。
