摘 要

近年来，随着经济的快速发展，居民对文化产品的需求越来越旺盛，再加上国家政策对影视产业的扶持，我国影视企业也在飞速发展。然而，关于各影视企业的财务分析却非常有限。唐人影视股份有限公司（以下简称唐人影视）一家成熟的影视制作公司，它的财务状况和财务风险具有一定代表性，对于行业中其他公司也具有借鉴意义。

本文以唐人影视为研究对象，以其2013-2017年这五年的年报及公开资料为研究基础，运用了比较分析法、杜邦分析法等财务分析方法。同时参考国内外研究成果，通过对唐人影视的财务状况、经营成果以及其盈利能力、偿债能力、营运能力等方面进行综合地财务分析，指出唐人影视财务状况表现良好，盈利能力高于行业平均水平。但是公司规模持续扩张,制作成本不断上升，会带来成本与费用过高、应收账款和存货的金额较大等问题。随着国家广电总局出台新的政策，伴着资本市场对影视业的投资热潮，企业积极顺应“制播分离”的政策，并且合理拓展业务范围。同时，应通过控制成本与费用，防止利润率下降；制定监督管理机制，提高应收账款和存货的管理效率。

Analysis on Financial Statements of Chinese Entertainment Ltd.

ABSTRACT

In recent years, with the rapid development of the economy, the demand for cultural products by residents has become more and more vigorous. Coupled with the support of national policies for the film and television industry, Chinese film and television enterprises are also developing rapidly. However, the financial analysis of film and television enterprises is very limited. Chinese Entertainment Tianjin Limited (hereinafter referred to as Chinese Entertainment Ltd.) is a mature film and television production company. Its financial situation and financial risks are representative, and also have reference significance for other companies in the industry.

This thesis takes Chinese Entertainment Ltd. as the research object, based on its annual reports and public information between the five years from 2013 to 2017, using comparative analysis, Du Pont System and other financial analysis methods. Referring to domestic and foreign research results, through a comprehensive financial analysis of the financial situation and operating results of Chinese Entertainment Ltd., as well as its profitability, solvency, operating capacity and etc, it is pointed out that the financial situation of Chinese Entertainment Ltd. is good, and its profitability is higher than the average level of the industry. However, with the expansion of the scale of the company, the production cost has been rising. There are some problems, such as the high cost and expenses, the large amount of accounts receivable and inventory, and so on. With the introduction of new policies by the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television and the upsurge of investment in the film and television industry in the capital market, enterprises comply with the policy of ‘separation of production and broadcasting’ actively and expand their business scope properly. At the same time, Chinese Entertainment Ltd. should prevent the decline of profit margin by controlling cost and expenses, and establish supervision and management mechanism to improve the management efficiency of accounts receivable and inventory.

1绪论

1.1选题背景

现代财务报表分析开始于19世纪末20世纪初，在西方已经发展了近百年的时间。在我国，随着改革进程不断深入，财务报表分析也受到越来越多企业利益相关者的重视。通过对企业的财报进行分析，可以评价公司的财务状况和经营成果，为企业的投资者、债权人、经营者和其他利益相关者提供决策和控制的依据。

唐人影视发布的2017年年度报告中，2017年实现营业收入555,965,830.88元，同比上升32.96%。净利润达到168,081,038.38元，也出现大幅上升，较上年同期上升40.56%。事实上从2015年到2017年，唐人影视每年的营收、净利均有稳定增长，彰显影视公司开源节流能力的毛利率水平也一直维持在45%以上。再综合较低的资产负债率等一系列财务指标，总体来看唐人是一家步伐稳健、经验纯熟的资深的影视制作公司，公司近几年的经营状况良好，因此本选题以该公司为案例，研究其财务情况。

1.2研究目的及意义

近年来，随着华策影视、山影集团等影视公司的发展，影视行业的竞争日趋激烈。唐人影视作为一家老牌的影视制作公司，虽然经营状况良好，但在竞争中依然面临着机遇与挑战。通过对唐人影视的财务报表进行分析，并与同行业其他公司比较，得出公司在行业中的地位，发现唐人影视的优势与不足，帮助其更好地改进，促进其管理水平和盈利能力的提高，也为其他影视公司提供一个参考。

1.3研究内容

本文的主要研究对象为唐人影视，因此笔者主要针对唐人影视2013-2017这五年的财务报表（包括资产负债表、利润表）进行分析。通过整体评价其资产负债表和利润表，并对盈利能力、营运能力、偿债能力这三个方面来分析，辅以杜邦分析法进行评价。此外，笔者选取了华策影视和影视行业整体平均水平进行对比研究，借以观察唐人影视在同行之中做的出色和不足的地方。选择华策影视是因为华策同为影视公司，并且与唐人一样重心在电视剧制作业务与艺人经纪业务，用于对比的数据均为2013-2017年度财务报告数据。

1.4研究方法

选择合适的方法对财务报表进行分析，是财务报表分析中的关键。分析财务报表的方法主要有比较分析法、比率分析法、趋势分析法、因素分析法、杜邦分析法和报表分析法。
