摘 要

伴随着互联网时代的到来，全球变成了地球村，世界经济格局也随之正在悄然发生着变化，全球经济一体化格局正在形成。在这样一个经济时代的背景下，如何使企业在世界经济的这场变革中，立于不败之地，并保持生存和平稳成长，成为了当今许多经济学家、企业家们激烈探讨的热门话题。科学地评价一个企业的经营状况和经营成果，成为目前十分紧迫的事情。良好的经营业绩和可靠的信誉度，能够增加股东投资的信心，降低企业融资成本，给企业带来可观的利益。

财务分析是采用一系列财务专用分析技术和方法，以会计核算和报表资料及其他资料为依据，对企业过去和现在的有关筹资、投资、经营以及分配活动的盈利能力、营运能力、偿债能力以及发展能力状况等进行分析与评价的经济管理活动。本文通过对新疆迪盛国际实业有限公司近五年的财务状况和经营成果情况进行分析比较，来分析和评价迪盛公司的偿债能力、营运能力、盈利能力，以便企业管理当局及其他报表使用者了解企业财务状况和经营成果，为经营者的投资决策提供参考依据。

ABSTRACT

With the advent of the Internet era, the world becomes a global village, the world economy also will is quietly changing, globalized economic structure is taking shape. In such a context of economic times, how to make business in this transformation of the world economy, the invincible, and to stay alive and steady growth, becoming today many economists, entrepreneurs to explore intense popular topic. Scientific evaluation of the operating conditions and results of operations of a business, become a very urgent matter. Good operating performance and reliable reputation, can increase the confidence of the shareholders investment, reduce financing costs, bring considerable benefits to the enterprise.

Financial analysis is the use of a series of financial analysis techniques and methodologies dedicated to accounting and reporting date and other information as the basis, corporate past and present on financing, investment,management, and distribution activities, profitability, operational, solvency and capacity develoment status analysis and evaluation of economic management activities. Based on the financial condition and operating results Xinjiang Disheng international industries limited nearly five years of analysis and comparison, to analyze and evaluate the solvency Disheng company division, operating capacity, profitability, to business management authorities and other users of financial statements to understand the financial position and operating results, provide a reference for the operator's investment decisions.

1 迪盛公司基本情况

1.1 公司简介

新疆迪盛实业有限公司（以下简称迪盛公司）成立于2007年7月，系兵团国资公司全资子公司，现有注册资金5000万元人民币，公司以番茄制品加工、化工进口和番茄酱出口为核心产业。主要经营范围包括食品加工、天然产物深加工、进出口贸易、资产管理等。

公司现托管三家企业（或单位），即新疆农垦外贸储运有限责任公司（托管兵团南疆物资总公司和新疆新建对外经贸有限公司，拟清算注销）、兵团商贸集团物业管理有限公司和兵团甘草基地办公室。
