摘 要

本文将结合动视暴雪近年的财报和公司的相关信息，运用一定的财务分析方法，揭示在游戏行业新趋势的影响下公司发生的变化和存在的问题，并给出一定的建议。而财务报表是企业各项经济业务活动数据的缩影，如果说企业是一架飞机，那财务报表就可以看作是这架飞机的仪表盘，它用数据清晰地反映了企业的财务，而我们需要学习的就是如何通过这些数据去分析了解企业的过去、现在的状况并且 有依据的预测企业未来的发展趋势。财务报表由利润表、资产负债表、现金流量表以及所有者权益及附注等组成。本文在分析动视暴雪的财务报表过程中不能只根据报表上的数据，还需要结合游戏行业特点、企业战略等。本文先用同型分析对报表结构进行了大致分析，再与其前两年的数据进行分析比较，同时对运用财务比率对公司营运能力、盈利能力以及偿债的能力进行了相应的分析，最后用动视暴雪数据与其竞争对手——EA公司相比较，发现公司存在的问题，并且提出一些建设性的意见。

The Financial Analysis of Activision Blizzard

ABSTRACT

This article will combine the financial statement of Activision Blizzard and company's relevant information in recent years, using certain financial analysis method, revealing the company changes and the existing problem under the games industry new trends, and giving some advice. Financial statements is the epitome of enterprise economic business activities data, if the enterprise is a plane, the financial statements can be regarded as the plane's instrument panel, it clearly reflects the enterprise's financial data, and we need to learn is how to use these data to analyze and understand enterprisesm in the past, present, and on the basis of financial statement predict the trend of enterprises. Financial statements include the balance sheet, income statement, the cash flow statement, statement of changes in owners' equity, and notes. Based on the analysis of the financial statements of the Activision Blizzard process can not only according to the data on the report, you also need to combine the game industry, enterprise strategy, etc.firstly, this paper analyses the structure of the report roughly , combining with the first two years of data for trend analysis, and financial ratios for the company's operating capacity, solvency, and profitability for the corresponding analysis, with blizzard finally compared data and its rival, EA, find the problems existing in the company, and put forward some constructive Suggestions.
