摘 要

自我国1978年实施改革开放以来，我国国民经济日益蓬勃发展，人民群众也随之愈加注重自身财富名誉与身体健康的平衡协调。而医药行业的宗旨更在于“以人为本”，以为保护身体健康、预防相关疾病、提高人民生活质量水平为职责，因此医药行业的发展对促进我国经济、政治、文化、社会发展都具有不可小觑的意义。近年来，随着人口老龄化问题的日益加剧与二孩政策的全面放开，人民群众对生理健康与卫生预防工作提出了更高的要求。为了让企业自身在市场的大环境中立于不败之地，不仅需要提高创新等核心竞争力的保障支持，同时也要注重企业财务状况对企业当下发展与未来发展进步的重要影响。总之，企业要健康成长，做到持续发展壮大离不开优秀财务管理的保证。

本文从医药企业现如今的发展态势出发，利用哈佛分析框架的分析思路及优势对桂林三金药业股份有限公司（以下简称“三金药业”）进行近五年来的财务会计年报数据分析，通过以战略分析为基础，结合内、外部环境对三金药业进行SWOT分析，到以会计分析为理论依据了解三金药业资产、负债状况，再进行财务分析的综合数据计算，最后以前景分析为分析框架的收尾并结合前三类分析对三金药业一系列财务状况进行概括总结，并根据其现有的经营状况、发展障碍及未来发展方向予以分析和展望。

ABSTRACT

Since the reform and opening up in 1978, China's national economy has been growing and the people are increasingly concerned with the balance of wealth and health. Pharmaceutical industry as the protection of people's physical health, prevent disease and improve the quality of life of the industry, to promote our country social economy development and progress is to be reckoned with. In recent years, with an aging population growing and two child policy open, social prevention on physical health and hygiene work put forward higher requirements. In this environment, the rapid development of the pharmaceutical market in China has become the fastest market for the development of medicine in the world. To make the enterprise itself in an impregnable position in the pharmaceutical industry, not only need to improve the innovation of core competitive power, also want to pay attention to the enterprise's financial situation now and the future development of the enterprise the important influence. The healthy growth of the enterprise is inseparable from the guarantee of good financial management.

In this paper, starting from the concept and basic theory of financial analysis, financial analysis method and effect, and puts forward the analysis method of harvard analysis framework and advantage. Next to Guilin Sanjin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the "Guilin Sanjin Pharmaceutical") as an example, combined with the use of harvard analysis framework, according to the Guilin Sanjin Pharmaceutical three years from 2013 to 2015 annual report data, a series about the financial status of Guilin Sanjin Pharmaceutical analysis and research, and the present management situation, developmental disorders and analysis and forecast the future development direction.

1.1 研究的背景

医药行业是全球公认的国际性行业,所生产的几乎是需求弹性极小的药物，各国的经济发展中医药企业的发展都起有举足轻重的作用。近年来，由于人类对自然资源的过度索取以及政治上局部冲突、恐怖主义嚣张盛行等因素，世界经济整体处于下行状态，但世界医药产业仍保持着稳定增长态势。主要表现在世界医药研发费用持续上涨、全球在研新药研发数量稳步增长、FDA 批准新药数量创十年新高等等。其中，诺华仍旧是世界药品研发投入最多的公司，预计2020年诺华将投入105亿美元在药品研发上。这也侧面反映出，与往年相比，因种种原因终止的在研药物数量相对减少。在全球医药产业发展欣欣向荣的今天，中国亦当紧随发展趋势，加大力度支持生物医药产业的发展,实现专项支持、行业支持及社会支持三位一体的支持体系，为创造出巨大的市场空间和良好的发展环境不懈努力。

而随着经济全球化的日益推进,我国医药企业发展也有着长足且可观的进步态势,在市场上的诸多行业体系中几乎成为了发展速度最快的行业。这不仅得益于国家及政府政策的大力支持，也得益于全球化使得许多医药企业放眼全球，注重学习国外的成功经验并树立创新意识，如此也为我国GDP增长起到不容小觑的作用。医药行业的逐步发展与我国国民经济的发展有着十分紧密的关联，医药行业本身带有一定的特殊性，基于这种特殊性医药行业的发展与种植、化工、机械甚至电子等基础性行业有着产业链上的原料及产成品之间的关系。因此，医药企业的发展不单单在于自身的发展，更能带动相关产业共同发展与进步，这样一来会为我国经济发展特别是实体经济的发展起到不小的推动作用。但是，我国有绝大多的医药企业还是以根据国外制药的专利技术以及售药为主，自主研发能力与创新能力仍很薄弱。同时，我国拥有自主知识产权的药物少之甚少,生产药物的核心技术和国际水平之间相比也存有较大差距。
