摘 要

随着当代社会经济的迅猛发展以及社会市场需求的不间断扩大，汽车逐渐走进千家万户的生活，成为家庭中不可或缺的交通工具并且重要程度在不断增加。汽车产业及其周边产品行业共同迅速发展，同时已经成为了国民经济收入的一项重要来源。而对于一个企业来说，存货管理和成本控制是不可或缺的内部控制环节，直接影响着企业的发展和市场竞争力。企业加强存货成本管理可以提高资金的使用效率，确保企业生产经营的持续稳定。企业存货成本管理意味着一个企业的存货管理制度越成熟，那么这个企业的发展前景更好，在未来可以获得更大的收益。
然而现在情况却是很多企业根本没有意识到企业存货控制和管理是整个企业在生产经营过程中的一项不可或缺的重要环节，因而当代很多企业缺乏完善的存货管理制度，甚至还有少数企业根本没有制定相关的存货管理制度。大部分企业在生产发展中对于存货成本管理缺乏一个根本的明确统一的标准制度来规范有关存货成本的各种行为，造成企业生活中存货成本管理混乱，严重影响着企业资金的正常运转，影响着整个企业的存货周转率，给企业带来很多不必要的物料浪费，从而阻碍了企业的进一步发展和扩大，降低了企业可能获得的利润。本文从存货成本管理控制方面详细深入研究当代汽车企业因为如今日益复杂的经济环境和技术问题而存在着的大量关于存货采购管理等一系列急需解决的问题。并针对这些问题的原因进行剖析从而给出具有实际意义的建议和改进策略。

ABSTRACT

With the rapid development of contemporary social economy and the continuous expansion of social market demand,Cars gradually enter the lives of thousands of families and become an indispensable means of transportation in the family and the importance is increasing.For an enterprise, inventory management and cost control are indispensable internal control links, directly affecting the development of enterprises and market competitiveness.Strengthening inventory cost management can improve the efficiency of fund utilization and ensure the continuous and stable production and operation of enterprises.The management of enterprise inventory cost means that the more mature the inventory management system of an enterprise is ,the future of the enterprise is better, and the future will be more profitable in the future.
However, it is now the situation that many enterprises do not realize that the control and management of the enterprise inventory is an indispensable part of the whole enterprise in the process of production and management, Therefore, many modern enterprises lack perfect inventory management system, and even a few enterprises have not formulated relevant inventory management system at all. In the process of production and development, most enterprises lack a clear and unified standard system for inventory cost management to standardize all kinds of behavior related to inventory cost, resulting in the confusion of inventory cost management in the enterprise life, seriously affecting the normal operation of enterprise funds, affecting the inventory turnover of the whole enterprise, and bringing the enterprise to the enterprise A lot of unnecessary waste of materials has hindered the further development and expansion of enterprises and reduced the profits that enterprises may get.

1.1论文选题的背景

汽车4S店是指包括整车销售，零配件供应，维修服务和信息反馈四种板块的汽车销售模式，甚至现在还增加了一项supplement的5S店的概念。汽车4S店是由经销商投资建设，用于生产销售维修经过厂家特别授权的品牌汽车的企业，是整个汽车业在激烈的市场竞争下的产物。

随着人们生活水平的提高，越来越多的人内心更加倾向于购买高端品牌有质量保证的汽车，有时候是出于个人喜爱，有时候是出于虚荣心，有时候是为了企业资金流转等，无论目的是什么，这些都相应的增加了高端品牌的豪车迅速进入中国市场并得到很快的发展。
