摘 要

非营利组织是一种特殊的组织类型，它不以盈利为目的，具有法人资格，为公共服务，组织成员不获得盈利，是独立的组织，政府、事业单位、民间非营利组织都是非营利组织的一部分。非营利组织的目标主要是履行具体化的社会使命，为社会提供效益，满足广大人民群众在物质和文化方面的需求，非营利组织财务管理的目标也是由这个目标决定的。目前，在多方面的因素影响下，我国的非营利组织仍处于探索阶段，尤其是在财务管理方面需要研究的问题还有很多，这也制约了非营利组织的可持续发展。因此，研究非营利组织的财务管理可以找出优化非营利组织财务管理中存在的问题并寻求解决方案，使非营利组织得到更优的发展。

本论文研究非营利组织的财务管理，主要研究：长期筹资决策；运作资金管理；讨论该组织的财务管理面临的问题以及加强的具体方法。主要运用案例来分析非营利组织的运作和存在的问题，根据问题提出比较合理的解决方案。我认为，研究这些问题对于清楚非营利组织财务管理具体机制以及对其财务管理的优化至关重要。

ABSTRACT

Non-profit organization is a special kind of tissue types, it is not for the purpose of profit, with legal person qualification, for public service, members do not profit, is independent of the organization, government, institutions, private non-profit organizations are part of the nonprofit organizations. Nonprofit organization goal mainly is to perform a specific social mission, realize the social benefit, satisfy the certain aspects of the people's material and cultural needs, and this goal also determines the non-profit organization financial management goals. At present, the nonprofit organization is influenced by many factors, is still in the exploratory stage, especially in the area of financial management and many problems need to study, which restrict the sustainable development of non-profit organizations. So the nonprofit organization of financial management can find out the problems existing in the financial management of optimization of non-profit organizations and seek solutions, nonprofit organization get better development.

Research non-profit organization of financial management, this paper mainly studies: long-term financing decision; Working capital management; Financial analysis and forecasting; Discuss the organization's financial management problems and methods to strengthen.

Study these problems for nonprofit organization specific financial management mechanism and the optimization of its financial management is very important.
