摘 要

随着经济的发展，人们开始把关注中心转移到环保节能上，国家也开始扶持环保事业的发展，环保行业已经变得越来越重要。

神雾环保是中国环保行业中杰出的企业，致力于研发创新，创造绿色低碳的环境，主要通过提供节能环保解决方案来获得收益。该企业一直以来经营状况十分良好，但因为环保行业竞争激烈，从2017年开始神雾环保就出现资金紧张的情况，在2018年因公司流动性紧张发生实质性的债券违约。本文以神雾环保为分析对象，深刻剖析神雾环保的财务情况，了解神雾环保实际经营情况，从而得到神雾环保财务状况出现问题的原因。

本文先通过对神雾环保公司的介绍，再通过对神雾环保主要财务报表的分析、财务能力的分析、杜邦分析等分析方法，总结得出神雾环保近两年呈资金净流出的状态，回款较慢出现经济紧张的情况，尤其是在2018年公司负债巨大，资金流动性差，经营水平下降，偿债能力下降，呈现出重大亏损的情况，有面临破产的危险。最后根据神雾环保目前的财务情况，对神雾环保的经营和管理提出合理建议。

Analysis of Shenwu Environmental Protection Financial Statement

ABSTRACT

With the development of economy, people begin to shift their focus to environmental protection and energy conservation. The state also begins to support the development of environmental protection. The environmental protection industry has become more and more important.

Shenwu Environmental Protection is an outstanding enterprise in China's environmental protection industry. It is committed to Ramp;D and innovation, creating a green and low-carbon environment, mainly through providing energy-saving and environmental protection solutions to achieve benefits. The company has been operating well all the time, but because of the fierce competition in the environmental protection industry, Shenwu Environmental Protection has experienced financial constraints since 2017, and substantial bond defaults in 2018 due to the company's liquidity constraints. This paper takes Shenwu environmental protection as the object of analysis, deeply analyses the financial situation of it, and understands its actual operation situation, so as to get the reasons for the problems of its financial situation.

Through the introduction of Shenwu Environmental Protection Company, and through the analysis of its main financial statements, financial ability and Dupont analysis, this paper concludes that Shenwu has shown a net outflow of funds in the past two years, and that the repayment is slow and there is economic tension. Especially in 2018, the company has huge liabilities, poor liquidity of funds, the decline of operating level and debt repayment. The ability to decline, showing a significant loss, there is the risk of bankruptcy. Finally, according to the current financial situation of Shenwu environmental protection, reasonable suggestions are put forward for the operation and management of Shenwu environmental protection.

1 前言

1.1 研究背景

随着中国经济的迅速增长，中国有了很多成就，提高了自身实力，但是带来了环境变坏的问题。当时为了国家的发展和进步，人们拼命创新研究，忽略了对环境的保护。现在人们开始关注对环境的保护，节能环保在人们的生活中的重要性提高了。更重要的是：如今，环保行业已经成为我国重要的产业，对我国的科技发展和环境改善都产生了重要影响。

2017年11月， 习近平总书记在十九大报告中提出要建设繁荣、民主、文明、和谐、美丽的社会主义现代化强国，与过去相比，增加了“美丽”一词。这样的报告发表出来，说明我国在鼓励环境建设，支持环保创新科技，呼吁人们要保护环境。

神雾环保近年来不断创新改革优化市场，促进节能环保，实现绿色低碳，为中国环境保护和绿色环境做出贡献。本研究将对神雾环保的财务报表进行分析，并从中得到其企业和整个环保行业有用的信息。
