摘 要

网络经济的逐渐兴起引来了社会经济发展的新热潮，在经济活动中最重要的实体——企业受到了网络经济的深远影响。然而，企业的命脉在于财务经营状况，为了适应网络经济的新模式，企业财务管理不得不发生必要的改变。本文首先通过把握网络经济的内涵、提出网络经济对社会的影响以及运用SWOT分析法多角度分析网络经济的现状，弄清网络经济为什么会出现。其次，从企业财务管理的观念、流程、内容、职能、安全性等角度将网络经济出现后对传统企业财务管理的冲击进行浅显的分析，了解网络经济是怎么影响企业财务管理的。接下来，为了使企业财务管理适应网络经济，我将从财务管理的目标、技术、内容、模式、制度几个方面实现创新性构思，初步制定新型财务管理的计划。最后，根据实际情况以及网络经济对企业财务管理的影响一一提出对策，达到新型财务管理能够积极应对网络经济的目标。

The Impact of Internet Economy on Financial Management of Enterprises

ABSTRACT

The gradual rise of the Internet economy led to a new wave of social and economic development. Companies, the most important entities, have had far-reaching impact on the Internet economy. However, the lifeblood of enterprises lies in financial operating conditions. In order to adapt to the new model of Internet economy, It is necessary for enterprise financial management to change. Firstly, this paper analyses the status of the Internet economy from grasping the meaning of the Internet economy, raising the impact on society and doing the Internet economy SWOT analysis to understand why the Internet economy appears. Secondly, the impact of Internet economy on traditional financial management were facile analysised from the concept, processes, content, functions, and security of corporate financial management in the paper, for understanding how the Internet economy has impact on corporate financial management. Next, in order to making enterprise financial management adapt to the Internet economy , I will realize innovative ideas from target, technology, content, pattern, institutional of financial management for planing the initial development of the new financial management. Finally, according to the actual situation and the impact of Internet economy on corporate financial management, I will come up with strategies one by one to reach the goals that the new financial management can actively respond to Internet economy.
